MAC Cosmo Amplified Cream Lipstick Review and Swatch
Hello Beauties, One of my colleagues asked me what should be one “Must Have” lipstick and my answer was that nude lipstick should be in every one collection. I know for every one the meaning of nude differs. My lips are mauvy pink; hence I count pink lipstick in my neutrals.
During my search of good nude lipstick I came across to “MAC Cosmo” although this is not my MLBB and not in the category of nude but it’s neutral lipstick which gives warmth to my face which I some time missed in pinks.
My Thoughts- MAC Cosmo belongs to amplified cream range of MAC lipsticks. MAC Cosmo is described as a Pink coco shade. I so agree with the description as it has browny warmth and pink tone. On my lips it turns out more mauvy browny pink due to my lip color. I can say this lipstick is for all for cool to warm skin tone, fair to medium to dark skin people and suitable for every age Group. You can pair it with nude lip gloss, pink lipgloss or with brown lip gloss and result will be different every time but still looks natural. Since it comes out different on every skin tone, please test it at store.
The texture is very creamy and it goes smooth on your lips. Amplified lipsticks are very hydrating and give opaque coverage. One swipe is enough to get the full coverage. The staying power is also good enough. It stays 4-5 hrs on my lips. It doesn’t survive a full meal but the tint remains there.
Creamy and goes smooth
Suitable for all skin type
Suitable for every age group

For you if- you are looking a warm neutral shade with creamy texture and bored with pinks.
Skip it- if you are allergic to vanilla as all the MAC lipsticks has vanilla scent
Would I buy it again?- Yes why not, it’s a very versatile shade.
